Our stay at Minerals Hotel was filled with memorable experiences. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I loved the relaxing atmosphere that helped us unwind. While we enjoyed engaging activities for the kids, the dining experience could have been better as service was slow. Overall, it caters well to families but could improve in certain areas for a more seamless experience.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the wonderful staff who truly made our stay memorable. The outdoor activities looked fantastic, and the service by the team was commendable. However, there are some issues with cleanliness in common areas and some of the furnishings need to be updated. The check-in process was also frustratingly late, which was disappointing.
